4/ ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

Payment methods vary depending on the destination country of your package and are shown during the order validation process.

Accepted payment methods include:

Credit Card CB/MASTERCARD/AMEX (your credit card information is encrypted and transmitted securely to our customer service in Paris at the time of entry by the visitor and is deleted from our servers once the order is confirmed. This process protects your data from unauthorized use.)

5/ DELIVERY

5a/ Parcel information: Orders are prepared under our Dark-Ink brand and make no mention of the online store where the purchase was made. Packaging is neutral and bears no identifiable markings that could reveal the origin or content of the parcel to third parties, except in countries where regulations require an itemized invoice for customs authorities.

5b/ Damaged parcels: If you notice any damage upon delivery, you must report it and express reservations to the delivery carrier regarding the integrity of the parcel.

5c/ Missing items: If any item is missing from your parcel when opened, and your order has been fully charged, you have seven full days from the date of receipt to report the missing items. After review, we will resend the missing items at our expense. After seven days, claims will no longer be accepted.

5.1/ SHIPPING AND TRACKING

Dispatch time depends on stock status and chosen shipping method. Orders are processed in the order received.

Typical times from receipt of payment:

Chronopost or Relais Colis (France): 48 hours (working days) for orders placed before 11 a.m.
Colissimo: 48–72h in France, 5–7 days in Europe, 15–30 days outside Europe.

Shipping is confirmed by email with a tracking link. Claims for undelivered packages must be made within 30 days of shipment.

6/ STOCK AND AVAILABILITY

If an item shown as "in stock" is unavailable, the customer is contacted by email and can choose to wait, replace, or request a refund.

7/ SHIPPING FEES, DUTIES AND TAXES

Shipping fees, VAT, and any applicable taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

8/ BILLING

An invoice is issued for each delivery. You may specify a separate delivery address. No prices appear on packages sent as gifts (unless legally required).

9/ RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Whole order shipped: starts from the day you or a third party receives the goods.
Multiple shipments: starts from the day you or a third party receives the last good.

To withdraw, contact us via your account, phone, or email (include order number, name, email).

Effects of withdrawal:

If received: full refund within 14 days.
If not received: full refund within 7 days.

9.2/ EXCLUSIONS

No withdrawal for intimate products (dildos, plugs, masturbators, condoms, etc.)

All Hankey’s Toys products are excluded due to hygiene, except if defective. Proof may be required.

9.3/ REFUNDS

Refunds by check or store credit valid for 1 year. No fees apply.

9.4/ REFUND RETENTION

Refund may be delayed until we receive the item or proof of return.

10/ RETURNS
